The Last Room : Horror Game

The confession lands early — he made her go, then a week later couldn't stand her absence. What follows is a hotel that behaves less like a building than like the inside of a schizophrenic mind, and your job is to find her somewhere in it. Locked doors, puzzles, corridors that lead somewhere other than where you expected. Sometimes you run. Sometimes you hide. The search keeps bending back on itself until the question stops being where she went and starts being what you actually did, and it ends on a decision the game hands you without softening it. Wear headphones, because a good share of the dread is carried by sound rather than sight, and The Last Room knows it.
