DMCA / Copyright Policy

Android Game App respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). This page explains how rights holders can request the removal of content they believe infringes their copyright.

App names, icons, screenshots and descriptions are presented for identification purposes and belong to their respective developers and publishers. 1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content available on this site infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice via our contact form. For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, it must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  2. The exact URL(s) on this site of the material you want removed;
  3. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What Happens Next

  • We review every complete notice, normally within 72 hours of receipt.
  • If the notice is valid, the identified content (page, images and/or download links) is removed or disabled without delay.
  • Incomplete notices will be answered with a request for the missing information.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification through the contact form containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your name, address and telephone number, and your physical or electronic signature. Where required by the DMCA, removed material may be restored no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

Content associated with repeated, substantiated infringement claims is permanently removed from the site.

5. Misrepresentation

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
