You're the lone skeleton left standing after the Imperial Army and the Hero of Caerleon flattened the Demon King's castle and hauled everyone else off in chains, which makes the whole rescue attempt feel appropriately absurd. Runs are fast and unforgiving, and the real depth comes from what happens when a skull's abilities collide with the right item. Dark Mirror mode waits past the main story for anyone still hungry. The mobile version brings touch controls, cloud saves across devices and controller support. The pixel art is bright and cartoony, right up until something enormous corners you.
